Return Policy

euroLens guarantees that every order will be shipped with the contact lenses that were originally ordered and that all of them will be sealed in the manufacturer’s sterile packaging or your purchase will be fully refunded.

In addition to this guarantee, we also guarantee that if within 30 days you have any problems all unopened packages can be returned for a full refund*.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

    • FIRST: contact our Customer Service Department to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    • SECOND: Fill out a Return form. Mail both form and products back to the address below.

NOTES:

    • Only unopened, unmarked and sealed contact lens vials and boxes can be returned.
    • euroLens does not accept any responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipment.
    • Returns can take up to 6 weeks to process.


*the only exception to this rule is that all Custom orders (including Made to Order lenses) can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been received by our system.
* A fee will apply to each return processed
* Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded
