How do I edit my reminder emails?
euroLens offers all of its customers an automated Reorder Reminder service. Our system will keep track of all the orders that you place, it will then use the number of units you ordered and the manufacturer's replacement schedule to calculate when your supply of contact lenses is running low and send you an email to remind you to reorder your lenses.
Although our system remains quite accurate, everyone wears their lenses differently and often lenses are lost. So our system is designed to allow you to update these reminders and tell us when you would like to be sent a reminder.
Updating this systm is fast and easy.
- First...Login to your account
- Second...Click on 'Reorder Reminders'
- Third...Review the list of your pending reminder emails
- Fourth...Click on 'Change' below the lens you are looking for
- Fifth...Edit the date
- Sixth...Click 'Continue'
