How do I cancel an Order?
euroLens is here to serve your contact lens replacement needs. If after you have placed your order you discover a problem with the order, or any part of it, you make cancel it at any time before it has been shipped.*
To cancel an order you simply need to contact our Customer Service Department and one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you in making whatever changes to the order that you need. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped i can no longer be simply cancelled. If you discover a problem with an order that has been shipped you will need to refer to our "Returns Policy" for more information about how to return an order.
* NOTE...The only exception to our Cancellation policy are Custom and Made to Order contact lenses. These lenses are clearly marked on all of our product pages, and they can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
